Qualifications

• Experience supporting children’s learning in an educational setting.
• Confidence in leading whole classes independently across different age groups.
• A proactive, patient, and creative approach to learning and behaviour management.
• A strong commitment to inclusion and supporting pupils with SEN.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build warm, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Cover PPA time by confidently leading full classes independently.
• Work alongside teachers to support small groups and individual pupils with diverse needs.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences and make full use of outdoor learning opportunities.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment across mixed-age classes.
