Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Inclusion Curriculum team at the Broomfield Campus. You will support teachers and learners with EHCP/High Needs, helping students aged 16-25 develop English, maths, life and work skills in a personalised programme.

We value initiative, inclusive practice, and a can-do attitude, with full support to achieve Level 4 HLTA qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, supporting students.
• Willing to work towards Level 4 HLTA qualification.
• Ability to foster inclusive practice and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers across Pathways provision.
• Assist students aged 16-25 with EHCP/High Needs.
• Provide support during unstructured times of the day.
