Job summary

Smile Education is helping a welcoming primary school in the WV11 area to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP. The HLTA will cover lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, support pupil progression and work closely with teachers to maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.

The ideal candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent classroom experience, strong classroom management skills and the ability to lead whole-class

We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in the WV11 area. This is a full-time, long-term position starting as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be comfortable covering lessons across all primary year groups and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. This role would suit an established HLTA or an aspiring teacher/ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience without the pressures of a full-time teaching position.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 when required.
