Job Description:

Academics are seeking an experienced and hardworking HLTA/Unqualified Teacher with a keen interest in developing their skills in teaching. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to get into teaching and build confidence in the classroom—delivering lessons and managing behaviour.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality education to children, playing an active role in providing a solid foundation for their academic journey.

This role may involve working across various classes in key stage 2, supporting lessons across the curriculum.

You will be provided with all necessary tools and support to deliver engaging lessons. If you have a particular strength or interest in a subject or year group, we will notify the school to place you accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Have a degree and/or relevant experience in a school setting.
  • Recent experience teaching or supporting in a UK classroom.
  • Good behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • High expectations for children's behaviour and outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a proactive approach.
  • Motivated to undertake training and professional development.
