Oasis Academy Mayfield is seeking a dedicated Qualified Teaching Assistant to support students with learning and behaviour needs. This role involves assisting with lesson planning, delivering tailored support, and contributing to student progress evaluations. Oasis Academy Mayfield currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Qualified Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.
We are looking for a committed and energetic person to assist and support students with learning and behaviour needs to work within our SEN team.

This is also a role that will be incredibly rewarding overseeing the development and transformation when a student eventually returns to all their mainstream lessons.
Job overview
You’ll be responsible for assisting with planning, preparation and delivery of lesson provision, both on a whole-class and individual basis, preparing resources to support learning activities as well as ensuring pupils are supported pastorally. You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure all students’ learning needs are being met.
