Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge about SEND and how to support pupils with complex needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with GDPR policies and safeguarding.
• Commitment to facilitating access to learning for SEND pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning for SEND pupils in small groups or one-to-one.
• Facilitate access to learning across the school’s curriculum.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement therapeutic approaches.
