Riverwalk School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. You will support teaching and learning for pupils with SEND across the school, working with small groups and one-to-one, and helping pupils access a broad, balanced curriculum through creative, therapeutic approaches.

The role requires resilience, a passion for making a difference, and adherence to safeguarding and GDPR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SEND needs and strategies for complex learners.
• Ability to support diverse needs with flexible approaches.
• Commitment to safeguarding and GDPR guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with pupils, families and staff.

Responsabilités

• Support teaching and learning for SEND pupils.
