The ideal candidate will hold Level 2 or 3 TA/HLTA qualifications, have SEN experience with PMLD/ ASD, and be confident providing tailored support to meet individual needs. The role starts in October 2026 and offers a long-term contract pathway, full-time,

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health and Social, EYFS or Teaching Assistant/SEN
• Level 2 in Health and Social, EYFS or Teaching Assistant/SEN
• SEN knowledge from personal or professional experience
• Physically fit to support mobility issues
• Nurturing and passionate individual
• Knowledge of SEN support
• Care or school experience environments

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEN learning needs in a complex setting
• Help pupils re-engage with learning and develop practical and social skills
• Provide tailored support to meet individual pupil needs, including mobility assistance
