Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for Level 2/3 HLTA in Dudley. The role focuses on supporting SEN pupils in a complex needs setting and requires Level 2/3 TA/SEN qualifications.

Role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. Start date October 2026. This long-term Temp-to-Perm position offers daily pay and a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Health and Social, EYFS or Teaching Assistant/SEN required.
• Level 2 in Health and Social, EYFS or Teaching Assistant/SEN required.
• SEN knowledge (personal or professional) essential.
• Physically fit to support mobility issues.
• Nurturing and passionate individual.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their individual learning needs.
• Assist pupils in engaging with lessons and activities in a complex needs setting.
• Offer tailored support to meet diverse pupil requirements (PMLD, SLD, ASD).

Role

Prospero Teaching is recruiting for Level 2/3 HLTAs in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA who is passionate about making a positive difference to childrens lives and supporting their learning and development. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant/HLTA qualification or equivalent, have experience working with SEN primary-aged children, and be confident supporting pupils with their individual learning needs. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.

Pupils are supported to re-engage with their learning, develop practical and social skills, and build their confidence and independence. As an HLTA, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with PMLD, complex needs, SLD or ASD, and be confident providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
