Job summary

Oakwood Primary Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Behaviour to join our friendly and supportive team in Eastbourne.

You will work 37.5 hours per week during term-time, supporting pupils with behaviour, learning and wellbeing, building confidence and resilience; collaborating with families and staff to create an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience supporting children with behaviour, learning and wellbeing.
• Ability to implement agreed positive behaviour management strategies.
• Experience planning and leading teaching and learning activities.
