Job summary

Ribbons & Reeves is recruiting an experienced HLTA for a school in Hillingdon. You will cover lessons during teachers' PPA, follow your timetable, and focus on maintaining behaviour and pupil engagement.

You will not plan or mark; you will support pupils to complete work, build positive relationships, and apply clear instructions to keep students on task. Training opportunities and a supportive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong background in working with children and excellent behaviour management.
• Ability to follow a daily timetable with minimal planning or marking.
• Capable of supporting pupils to complete all assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and keep pupils on task.
• Support pupils in completing work without planning or marking.
• Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed.
