I have a primary school in Sheffield that is looking for a HLTA for a long-term role. The school is multi-form entry, so there is plenty of support around for you. This school is very supportive and will help you develop your career in teaching. They have consistently had HLTA's through myself, and there will be security with this position. It is important you have the Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification or experience to be considered for this role.
They are graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and would be a lovely school to work for. I currently have SEN support staff and a counsellor working with the school. They are very happy there and have remained on long-term supply for two academic years now.
