Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an SEN primary school in Greenwich. You will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to support pupils with complex needs, including autism and other learning difficulties.

The role involves leading small groups and assisting with planning and delivering tailored activities. The school emphasises an inclusive environment where every child can thrive, and the HLTA will play a key part in promoting

Qualifications

Brief Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming SEN primary school supporting children aged 2-11 with complex needs, including autism, PMLD, and SLD.

About the Role

As an HLTA, you'll work closely with class teachers and the wider SEN team to support pupils' learning and development. You'll lead small group sessions, assist with planning and delivering tailored activities, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of each child.
