Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HLOP Drivers in Doncaster, offering full-time shifts with rotating times. Rates between £14.11 and £24.03 per hour, plus overtime opportunities. The role includes stock replenishment, order picking and operating at heights up to 16 meters in a VNA environment.

Shifts run 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm, with weekends off and optional overtime on Saturdays. Canteen, parking, and on-site support are provided during a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Qualifications

Experience in a warehouse handling equipment is preferred but full training is provided.
Upskilling opportunities available to improve skills and efficiency.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic with accuracy and pace.

Responsibilities

Driving HLOP and other listed equipment as trained.
Stock replenishment and put away.
Pick orders accurately up to heights of 16 meters.
Work in narrow aisles in a VNA environment, standing.
Perform general warehouse duties and manual handling.
Adhere to site safety procedures including rope escape training.

Staffline is recruiting HLOP Drivers in Doncaster.

Rate of pay

Between 06:00-18:00 £14.11 per hour, overtime £21.17 per hour
Between 18:00-06:00 £16.79 per hour, overtime £24.03 per hour

This is a full-time role, working rotating shifts Monday to Friday (weekends off with optional overtime on Saturday)

Hours of work

6am to 2pm
2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

Driving HLOP
Stock replenishment & put away
Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 16 meters
Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment)
Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties
Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at training)

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect HLOP Driver ideally has previous experience in any MHE role: Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA or HLOP but it is not essential as full training is provided. Upskilling is also available. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks accurately and at pace are desirable.
