Alliance Medical invites applications for a HIW Registered Manager to lead a new Community Diagnostic Hub at Llantrisant Health Park. You will manage Radiographers, Clinical Assistants and Administrators to deliver safe, quality care and ensure compliance with HIW regulations and internal policies.

The role requires experience in clinical and operational leadership, budget management, and strong stakeholder collaboration to drive the site’s opening and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HIW Registered Manager or equivalent in healthcare settings.
• Ability to lead radiography, clinical support and admin teams.
• Strong understanding of budget management and performance targets.
• Knowledge of HIW, IRMER/IRR, Data Protection and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure service compliance with legislation and Alliance Medical policies.
• Oversee centre operations, clinical excellence and budget performance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and drive site development at Llantrisant.
