Alliance Medical is recruiting a Centre Manager for the brand new Community Diagnostic Hub at Llantrisant Health Park. The role reports as HIW registered manager, overseeing Radiographers, Clinical Assistants and Administrators to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care within regulatory and policy frameworks.

We welcome applicants from clinical and operational backgrounds, with strong budget management, governance, and IT literacy, and a good grasp of HIW regulations.

Qualifications

• As a HIW Registered Manager, you will lead and develop a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Strong understanding of HIW regulations, budget management and clinical governance.
• Knowledge of Radiation, Data Protection and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead Radiographers, Clinical Assistants and Administrators to deliver patient-focused service.
• Ensure service compliance with HIW requirements and Alliance Medical policies.
• Manage centre budget, performance targets, risk and clinical governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the CDC and external partners.
