Job summary

JASA Talent is seeking an HIU Engineer to join an engineering company working on HIUs across Chelsea and Mayfair. The role focuses on servicing, maintenance and repairs, with a strong plumbing and heating background.

You will carry out site visits, fault finding, diagnostics and PPM tasks, maintaining safety standards and clear client communication. A van is provided and only a few sites per week are required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining HIUs.
• Fault finding and diagnostics experience.
• Breakdown repairs experience.
• PPM and reactive maintenance background.
• Plumbing and heating experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites in Chelsea to perform servicing and maintenance on HIUs.
• Inspect units and identify faults.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on HIUs.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs where needed.
• Perform PPM tasks and update documentation.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients.

Location: Chelsea

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000

Automatic Van Provided. Only a few sites per week ( 6 or 7). Call out optional.

An opportunity has opened for an HIU Engineer to join an engineering company with sites in Chelsea and Mayfair. The ideal candidate will be experienced working on HIUs including servicing, maintenance and repairs and will have an excellent background within heating and plumbing.

HIU Engineer Key Skills:

• Experienced servicing and maintaining HIUs
• Fault finding and diagnostics

• PPM and reactive maintenance background

HIU Engineer Responsibilities:

• Attend sites in Chelsea to perform servicing and maintenance on HIUs
• Inspect units and identify any faults
• Perform diagnostics on any faults and make repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Perform PPM and update documentation
• Keep within H&S standards
• Communicate with clients
