Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Staffordshire Moorlands from September 2026.

You will deliver engaging English lessons, supporting students to develop literacy, analytical and communication skills, while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. KS3 & KS4 teaching required; KS5 experience desirable and potential for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching English within a secondary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for pupils.
• ECTs are welcome to apply.

Teaching: KS3 & KS4
