Job summary

Corus Consultancy is seeking a History Teacher for flexible supply work and potential block bookings in North London. You will deliver engaging History lessons across KS3–KS5 and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualified Teachers with QTS/ECTs are welcome, and an Enhanced DBS registered with Update Service is preferred. Immediate opportunities exist with short-term and longer-term placements across local MATs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering the UK curriculum at KS3/KS4/KS5.
• Demonstrated ability to engage students and manage a classroom.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

About the Role:

Are you a qualified or experienced History Teacher looking for flexible supply work or a guaranteed long-term block booking? We are actively building our North London talent pool to support local school's and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) under the DfE-approved RM6376 framework.

We have immediate requirements for subject specialists capable of delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, 4 or 5 to join our books for upcoming short-term and long-term placements.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality, curriculum-compliant History lessons to pupils across Key Stage 3, 4 or 5.
• Maintain a positive, productive learning environment using proactive behaviour management.
• Map student progress and provide constructive feedback (for long-term placements).

Requirements:
