Job summary

Corus Consultancy in North London is seeking a qualified or experienced Physics Teacher to join our talent pool for flexible supply work or guaranteed long-term block bookings. You will teach Physics across KS3–KS5, delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons and managing behaviour to create a positive learning environment.

Applicants should have a relevant Physics degree (QTS/ECTs welcome) and be able to demonstrate UK curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or teaching credential in Physics (QTS/ECTs welcome).
• Experience delivering UK curriculum to KS3- KS5.
• Enhanced DBS Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

About the Role

Are you a qualified or experienced Physics Teacher looking for flexible supply work or a guaranteed long-term block booking? We are actively building our North London talent pool to support local school's and Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) under the DfE-approved RM6376 framework.

We have immediate requirements for subject specialists capable of delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3, 4 or 5 to join our books for upcoming short-term and long-term placements.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, curriculum-compliant Physics lessons to pupils across Key Stage 3, 4 or 5.
• Maintain a positive, productive learning environment using proactive behaviour management.
• Map student progress and provide constructive feedback (for long-term placements).

Requirements

• Relevant degree or teaching credential in Physics or a related discipline (QTS/ECTs welcome).
• Proven experience delivering the UK curriculum at Key Stage 3, 4 or 5.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
