Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking History Teachers for day-to-day and short-term supply across Lancashire & Greater Manchester. Flexible opportunities for experienced teachers or ECTs to gain varied classroom experience.

You will deliver engaging History lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, manage behaviour, adapt to different school settings, and follow school policies while supporting students' historical understanding and analytical skills. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience teaching History in a secondary school setting is required.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential.
• A flexible, reliable and professional approach is expected.
