HRI Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Server for The Barnett Hotel in New Orleans. The role requires delivering warm, efficient service, taking orders, and maintaining high standards of hospitality for both business and leisure guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, upselling items, and ensuring knowledge of the menu. A high school diploma and 2+ years of server experience are expected, with ServSafe or TiPS certifications preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma required; 2+ years experience in a server role preferred.
• Certifications such as ServSafe or TiPS are a plus.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge them on arrival.
• Follow the established service sequence for consistent dining experiences.
• Handle guest payments in line with hotel policies and PCI requirements.
• Ring orders accurately in the Micros POS system; ensure correct item and modifiers.
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift.
• Upsell menu items to guests where appropriate and maintain guest relations.
• Have up-to-date knowledge of the outlet menu and hours of operation.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation policies and brand standards.
