Qualifications

• 3 years of high-volume banquet service experience.
• Hotel/resort banquet operations experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Knowledge of banquet event orders and floor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet service operations and events to ensure details are executed.
• Supervise, coach and train banquet service staff; manage shifts.
• Review BEOs at shift start; coordinate A/V needs for events.
• Collaborate with Catering, Sales, F&B and culinary teams to ensure quality service.
• Coordinate setup of meeting rooms and timely service with kitchen and staff.
• Liaise with meeting planners and venues to meet client requirements.
• Monitor inventory of supplies, equipment and furniture; ensure safety and cleanliness.
