HRI Hospitality's The Barnett Hotel in New Orleans seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, lounges, and banquets. You will help lead a team, uphold service standards, and support budgeting, scheduling, and training to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and banquet operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations across outlets.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and training of staff.
• Ensure service standards, food safety and sanitation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Assist scheduling, inventory, orders and costs.
• Oversee cash handling and policy compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper F&B setup.
• Coordinate with culinary, banquets and front office.
• Support execution of special events and promotions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
