The Southeastern Massachusetts Agricultural Partnership (SEMAP) seeks a creative, thoughtful, and well-organized person with a passion for local agriculture to be our Program Coordinator. This full-time position will work closely with and support farmers in Southeastern Massachusetts by implementing educational programming, technical assistance, local food promotion, advocacy and outreach.
Hours: Salaried & Exempt, this position is a 40-hour work week with some weekend and evening work required.
Salary: $42,000 – $52,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications for the full-time position.
Benefits: This position is eligible for full-time benefits including paid time off, a health care stipend, 11 paid holidays, a stipend to set-up a home office, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development.
Location/Travel: This is a 100% remote position with regular travel to meet with farmers in Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth counties.
