Operations Coordinator (Fleet/Haulage)

£35,000 – £40,000 + Training + Progression + Company benefits

Do you have a background in Operations or Planning within Fleet, Logistics, Haulage or a similar environment? Are you looking to step into a newly created role with a successful, multi-faceted engineering business that offers ongoing training, career development and a clear route into management as the company continues to grow?

This office based role will be a mixture of ensuring vehicles depart the depot on time and operate safely, monitoring service changes and managing customer expectations. You will also raise job requests and maintain records of completed work to support invoicing. There will also be administrative tasks such as issuing job instructions, processing returned job sheets, and assisting with the validation and sign-off of weekly timesheets.

This role would suit someone with a background in Operations, Planning, Scheduling or similar looking to step into a new position with a company that provide training and progression .
