Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by developing a winning sales action plan and driving results beyond targets.
• Coaching and training: work with the Branch Manager to upskill the team on tool hire.
• Ensure equipment is safe, well-maintained, and ready for customer use.
• Balance stock levels to meet demand and minimize surplus.
• Lead theHire team: train, supervise, and motivate for top performance.
• Provide excellent customer service, upsell where appropriate, and resolve queries.
• Maintain daily toolbox talks and clear communication across the branch.
