Hire Desk Controller - London - Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00 - 40 hours per week

Based in the depot, the Hire Desk Controller plays a vital role in operations, sales, and customer service. Building strong relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from order taking to delivery and collection, coordinating with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, this role is desk-based, working closely with other departments, including stock teams, drivers, and engineers, to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements with available equipment.
