It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service while using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day will include communicating with customers via telephone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and building relationships with regular clients. You’ll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure we provide an excellent customer experience and continuously improve our service.
