  • Organising the servicing of machines.
  • Dealing with customer site enquiries face to face and via phone/emails.
  • Coordinating allocation of duties and routing for drivers.

Hire Co-ordinator- IMMEDIATE START. Join a friendly working environment where no two days are the same. You will be working typically 0800-1700 daily. The company seeking a Hire Co-ordinator

This is a highly rewarding company that supply their very own hire equipment out to many construction suppliers across the region.Due to their success, they are on the hunt for a Hire Controller

Hire Co-ordinator Job Role:

  • On and off hires & x hiring from trusted partners
  • Organising the servicing of machines
  • Plant hire will see you spinning plates so you will need excellent time management / self management skills and experience
  • As a Senior Hire Controller you will be dealing with customer site enquiries face to face, over the phone and via emails, arranging the on and off hire of plant machinery.
  • Coordinate allocation of duties including some routing for drivers
  • Chase up all quotes or enquiries to maximise business and gain any x hire opportunities
  • This role offers progression & may suit a current Hire Controller who wishes to progress

To Be Successful as a Hire Co-ordinator:

You may have previous experience working as a Plant Hire Manager, Hire Manager, Senior Hire Controller, Hire Desk Controller, Hire Controller, Rental Manager, Rental Advisor, Hire Negotiator, Plant Manager or a Hire Supervisor and you may have knowledge of the hire industry, whether it be Heavy Plant, Plant Hire including Diggers, Dumpers, Dozers or operated plant.
