Caval is seeking an experienced Highways Site Supervisor for a night-shift role in Southampton. The successful candidate will oversee highway works, bridges and structures, ensuring safety, quality and progress on site.

Ideal applicants have proven highways experience, relevant certifications (SMSTS/SSSTS) and a Highways Passport, with availability to work nights on a short-term contract with potential for long-term work.

Job Title: Site Supervisor - Highways (Nights)

Location: Southampton

Salary: Weekly CIS payment / potential for Ltd company payment

• Circa 2 months' work locally then 2 + years work in National Highways area 6 & 8
• Weekly CIS payments

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work nights on a highways project in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced highways professional looking for a short-term contract with strong potential for further long term work. THe work will be bridges, structures etc so that would be the ideal background of any strong applicants.
