Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Gloucester team on a major highways programme. You will split time between Shire Hall, Gloucester, construction sites and site offices, supporting officers and delivering on shared objectives.

You will verify that works align with design and NEC contracts, raising defects and compensation events in collaboration with the NEC Project Manager, while maintaining high safety and quality standards across projects in Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of highways construction methodology and standards.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to health and safety on construction sites.
• Experience supervising site activities and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Discharge Supervisor duties under the NEC Contract and verify works meet design/specifications.
• Collaborate with NEC Project Manager to raise defects, Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Support GCC highway projects across Gloucestershire including bridges and cycle infrastructure.
• Work across sites, offices and client locations ensuring quality and safety.
