You will split time between Shire Hall, on construction sites, and field offices, supporting officers and ensuring work aligns with design and NEC contract requirements. Working with a team of highways professionals, you will verify construction activities, raise issues, and collaborate with the NEC Project Manager to manage defects and early warnings while upholding high health

Qualifications

• Knowledge of highways construction methodology and practices.
• Strong health and safety understanding on site and in offices.
• Ability to verify work against design and specification.
• Clear, confident communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Discharge duties of Site Supervisor under NEC contract.
• Verify that construction work is delivered as designed and to spec.
• Collaborate with NEC Project Manager to raise defects and early warnings.
• Support GCC delivery objectives across sites and offices.
• Maintain safe working practices and report issues promptly.
