• Street Works qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across maintenance and improvement schemes.
• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials to maximise productivity.
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve delivery issues.
• Ensure costs are allocated correctly and waste is minimised.
• Liaise with supervisors, engineers, managers and commercial teams.
• Undertake safety, quality and environmental audits.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Ensure works meet industry standards and company procedures.
• Engage professionally with clients, inspectors and the public.
• Develop and support site teams to uphold high standards.
