Ringway is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our Schemes team in Kent. This role will own a varied portfolio of highways and civil engineering schemes across the county, from smaller improvements to projects valued up to £1m.

You will work closely with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners to deliver schemes from planning through to completion. The position is predominantly site-based (approximately 70% on site and 30% in the office), managing commercial, planning and

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification and a valid UK driving licence.
• Proven highways or civil engineering experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the safe, commercial and efficient delivery of highways and civil engineering schemes.
• Attend early contractor involvement meetings with clients.
• Plan traffic management requirements and review designs for buildability.
• Manage Bills of Quantities and cost reporting.
• Direct site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are delivered safely per company procedures.
