Qualifications
- High level technical leadership in highways schemes
- Ability to produce technically sound engineering solutions
- Experience with health and safety and CDM regulations
Responsibilities
- Act as technical team leader, guiding teams and clients
- Lead design, calculations, drawings, and deliverables to meet quality and schedule
- Manage project budgets and cost control for deliverables
- Interface with client and supplier reps; present proposals and attend progress meetings
- Lead bids and prepare technical and commercial offers
- Promote health and safety practices within the team
