Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is seeking a Performance Manager to drive CPF-based performance for Highways England projects in the Midlands. You will develop strategies, implement performance tools and collaborate with project teams to raise performance levels and reduce risk.

The role requires UK-wide travel and close engagement with scheme Project Managers to submit quarterly CPF KPI data. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience of performance management and continuous improvement.
• Experience in supporting project management of nationally significant infrastructure projects.
• Ambition to seek and embed performance improvements through process, management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Obtain data on performance by compiling CPF scores from CDF projects.
• Report project performance to the highways business ops via the CDF leadership team.
• Liaise with Highways England CPF team and CDF community to feed back views and experiences.
• Influence and motivate project teams to achieve required scores and improve performance.
