Job summary

Ringway London is looking for candidates to carry out general maintenance works in Kings Langley. The role involves responding to emergencies, assisting with winter maintenance, and working alongside a Chargehand.

The successful candidate should have at least 12 months of experience, a valid driving licence, and relevant training such as Manual Handling and Emergency First Aid. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in general maintenance works.
• Interest in obtaining LGV licence.
• Training in General health & safety awareness and Risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance works under the supervision of a Chargehand.
• Respond to emergencies and call-outs during or out of hours.
• Assist with winter maintenance activities.
