Job summary

You will supervise day-to-day activities, allocate resources, coordinate with the Area Manager, and liaise with clients and emergency services, promoting health and safety across highways maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising operations in maintenance contexts.
• Background in highways or related operational environments.
• Ability to promote health and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine maintenance, reactive and severe weather services.
• Daily allocation and supervision of works and resources.
• Assist emergency response and coordinate with the hub to restore highways.
• Undertake site inductions, briefings and toolbox talks, with accurate records.
• Liaise with clients, the public and emergency services as required.
