Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant degree or NVQ Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Undertake surveys and prepare specifications for highway projects.
• Supervise works on highways, footways and cycleways.
• Support winter maintenance operations and asset management.
• Provide technical advice to colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
• Contribute to project planning and ensure works are delivered safely on time and within budget.
