Job summary

Ceto Talent is recruiting a Contracts Manager for Highways & Infrastructure to oversee multiple projects across the UK from contract award through to final account. This role balances site and office duties, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence while maintaining strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will have NEC contract experience, civil/highways exposure, a CSCS Black Card, a valid UK driving licence, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
• CSCS Black Card holder.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from contract award through to completion and final account.
• Collaborate with operational, commercial and client teams to ensure delivery is safe, on time and within budget.
• Manage project programmes and coordinate project teams; act as the primary contact for clients.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across projects and monitor delivery risks.
