Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Contracts Manager with civils/highways experience to lead major highway projects from order to completion in Walsall, England. You will own the contract delivery, coordinate drawings, parts lists, stock, logistics and labour, and liaise with manufacturing and installation teams.

The role is hybrid, blending office, site and home working, with training, a company car and progression into senior positions for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black Card is required.
• Experience in civils/highways contracts.
• Proven ability to manage contracts end-to-end.

Are you a Contracts or Project Manager from a civils or highways background, looking to step into an autonomous where you will take ownership of major highways projects whilst joining a growing company?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer and installer of vehicle restraint and highway barrier systems, where you will be supported with industry training and clear development towards a senior position, working closely with senior leadership.

The company are recognised for delivering high-quality systems across major roads and motorways throughout the United Kingdom. Following continued growth and they are now looking to add an additional Contracts Manager to support the next phase of expansion.

In this role you will manage the full contract delivery process from order through to completion: organising materials and parts lists, liaising with manufacturing, reserving stock, organising transport, raising purchase orders and labour, and overseeing self-sufficient installation teams.

The position is hybrid, splitting time between office, site and home.

This role would suit a Contracts Manager / Project Manager with a CSCS Black Card, looking for long-term development, technical industry training and progression into a senior role with increased responsibility.

The Role:

• End-to-end contract / project management from order to completion
• Liaison with manufacturing, clients and installation teams
• Co-ordinate drawings, approvals, parts lists, logistics, POs and labour
• Hybrid role: Mixture of office, home and site
