Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager for the West Midlands region. The role manages end-to-end contract delivery, coordinating with manufacturing, clients and installation teams across office, site and home environments, with a hybrid working pattern.

The ideal candidate will have civils/highways project experience, a CSCS Black Card and a track record of leading delivery teams, taking ownership from order through to completion and driving progression within the business.

Qualifications

• CSCS Black Card is required.
• Background in civils/highways/major infrastructure.
• Experience in end-to-end contract or project management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end contract / project management from order to completion.
• Liaison with manufacturing, clients and installation teams.
• Coordinate drawings, approvals, parts lists, logistics, POs and labour.
• Hybrid role: office, home and site.
