Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead highways and structures projects for a UK leading contractor. The role reports to a site Project Manager and oversees plant, labour and all trades on site.

Candidates should have highways experience, strong team leadership, and proven site supervision skills, with a background from a tools role being advantageous. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Must have recent Highways experience (last 2-3 years).
• Progressed from a tools background.
• Experience working with civils contractors.
• CSCS Card.
• SSSTS / SMSTS.
• First Aid.

We are looking for an experienced General Foreman who has previously been working on Highways and structures projects to join a UK leading contractor based in the Cambridgeshire area.

You will report into a site based Project Manager and will be responsible for looking after the plant and labour, plus all trades on site.

You will need to have experience working within Highways, leading a team and supervising crews of workers to ensure that projects proceed smoothly.

Ideally candidates will have worked their way up from a tools background.

You will be responsible for:
