Job summary

Caval Ltd is seeking a Highways Foreman/Site Supervisor for Civils and Highways Communications projects across the East of England. The role offers a day rate of 300–350 per day with plenty of overtime and extensive site activity in the Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire area.

The ideal candidate will have CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, and 3-day First Aid, with proven experience overseeing highway civils works and coordinating with subcontractors on complex schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising highways Civils and Highways Communications projects.
• Strong Health & Safety focus in on-site environments.
• Ability to coordinate between subcontractors and internal teams.

Job Title: Highways Site Supervisor

Location: Around area 6 & 8 - Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire

Day Rate: 300-350pd depending on the candidate, plus plenty of overtime available

Role Overview: As a Highways Foreman/Site Supervisor, you will be working on Highways Civils & Communications schemes across the East of England

Requirements

• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and 3 Day First Aid
• Highways Passport (desirable not essential)
• Extensive experience supervising works on highways Civils and Highways Communications projects (trenching, slabbing, signage, cables, loops, street furniture, etc)
