Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a busy office, public-facing, or telephone environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administering the Highways Agreement service, including Section 278 and Section 38 processes.
• Managing technical administration of Vehicle Crossover (VXO) and EV charging schemes.
• Monitoring income, raising invoices and purchase orders, and managing outstanding debts.
• Providing flexible support to the Highways team.
