Lincs Laboratory Engineering Consultancy is recruiting for career-grade Engineer roles (G8/G9) to join our Engineering Consultancy Team, working on highway projects with experienced Engineers and Technicians. You will contribute to pavement design, geotechnical investigations, materials testing and quality assurance across Lincolnshire and beyond.

This role offers a blend of office-based technical work and site exposure, with progression toward G9 (£44,253) and development within the UK's

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree-level qualification, with experience in highways engineering and/or highways materials testing.
• Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking pavement investigations and developing pavement designs for major infrastructure projects and SRN schemes.
• Supporting and delivering geotechnical ground investigations.
• Assessing materials and workmanship on highway construction and maintenance projects.
• Providing technical advice and engineering support to internal and external clients.
• Working closely with Local Authorities, contractors, designers and material suppliers.
• Assisting with the delivery of commercially commissioned consultancy projects throughout the UK.
