Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of team management and highway-related functions.

• Proven ability to deliver highway schemes and negotiate legal agreements.

• Lead the Development Control and Public Rights of Way functions within the Highways & Transport Service.
• Oversee highway development control, public rights of way, and street naming/numbering.
• Represent the Council at meetings and engage elected members and senior officers.
