Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their highways team in Greater London. The role involves preparing designs and specifications, mentoring junior staff, and delivering projects in collaboration with National Highways. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Civil Engineering, experience in highway design, and familiarity with relevant software like AutoCAD and Civil3D. Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience in highway design, complying with CDM.
• Working towards IEng or CEng status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs and specifications in accordance with DM Roads Bridges.
• Deliver work packages and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor junior staff and assist project managers.
