Qualifications

• Experience or background in highways engineering or infrastructure
• A degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• A willingness to learn and develop within a structured team

Responsibilities

• Supporting highway design and the preparation of technical documentation
• Assisting with project planning, coordination and delivery
• Ensuring designs comply with DMRB, TSRGD, CDM and local standards
• Coordinating with internal teams, clients and statutory bodies
• Supporting cost estimates, risk management and programme updates
